Hey there!

No, I am not here to rave about how amazing New Moon and the rest of the Twilight series is, or how "hot" Jacob Black and Edward Cullen are. Of course, I'm not here to down them either. I just think that this whole new Twilight fad is getting pretty old. For those of you who know me from school and have ranted with me, you know all of this by now I'M ASSUMING, and if I have missed anything you guys want to point out, go ahead

I just think that it is getting much too over played. When Twilight, the books, first came out, they were like every other good book out there, getting read and talked about ALL OVER. But then the movies were being made! And the fans of the books, and fans who thought vampires were sooooo cool, read them EVEN MORE. I have nothing wrong with this, the books were... okay. Plot made sense, characters okay done, BUT, it got a little old for me. I think Steph-Myer over played the vampire part/were-wolf part and the fact that Bella was a "helpless" human.
I think she should have stopped after the first book. It was a nice finish for me at least.
I'm also finding that the movies are getting way too out of control. The only reason people are so in love with them is because Jacob Black(Taylor Laughtner) and Edward Cullen(What ever the hell his name is) are good looking and mysterious. Not that I'm against Taylor's Shirtless wood chopping scenes, but its just TOO MUCH TO HANDLE!!!

Twilight was good... Till it was turned into a movie. (not in the sense that the movies ruined it for me, they were quite accurate to the books and well done) The fact that it is so popular, is ridiculous. NOT TO MENTION!!!!

VAMPIRES. DO. NOT. SPARKLE! I don't know how to put that any other way. Myer's vampires are ridiculous and terribly in accurate to the REAL DEAL. >.<
Vampires are not "vegetarians" they do not "try to save you" they KILL YOU. They drink HUMAN blood and they sure as HELL, DON'T FUCKING SPARKLE IN SUN LIGHT! The only thing similar between Myer's vamps and the real deal, like Dracula, is that they seduce young women, and they drink blood. If you are going to write about vampires, atleast make it a little more... real to the original thing. They are predators, like pumas, bears, lions, panthers, wolves, etc. They don't try to hide in society and live normal lives, they hide away and hunt at night, and burst into flames if they step into sun light, if a vampire doesn't die like that HOW DOES HE/SHE DIE?!?!?! Fast healing and beautiful? Sure, but they aren't invincible... No one is that perfect. -_- get your stories straight, ladies and gents.

And if you don't like the bursting into flames thing and all that, that is FINE! But if your going to write your own vampire story, at least make them drink actual human blood! I don't care how "immoral" it is, THATS WHAT THEY NEED TO SURVIVE!!! Darren Shan was able to do that, can't you? Although, his vampires age, but that's another story. At least Myer got THAT part right.
